UK: Three Women Found Dead in Sea off Brighton Beach

Emergency services responded to Brighton Beach on Wednesday, May 13, after three women were found unresponsive in the sea in the early hours. Despite rescue efforts, all three were declared dead at the scene. Police and coastguard conducted a search operation along the shoreline near Black Rock Beach and Brighton Pier.

Honda car breaks fuel economy record

LONDON, Britain - A Honda Insight crosses the finish line June 10 at the Palace Pier in Brighton, southern Britain, smashing a seven-year-old fuel economy record in a 6,000-kilometer tour around the coast of Britain. The car, built by Japan's Honda Motor Co., covered the grueling 6,000-kilometer course on an average fuel consumption of 36.33 kilometers per liter, easily breaking the previous record of 30.4 km per liter set by a Honda Civic in 1993.
